Dcipher Analytics wins global AI challenge to develop advanced multilingual economic text analysis tools

Stockholm / Doha, November 12, 2025.

Dcipher Analytics, a Nordic AI startup specializing in large-scale text intelligence and insight generation, has been selected by the Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation Council (QRDI) to develop a Suite of Tools for Economic Analysis of English and Arabic Text and Documents. The prize award is USD 100,000.

The project, awarded through a global competition, attracted over 30 startups and companies worldwide. Dcipher Analytics was chosen for its advanced capability to synthesize insights from vast text corpora – including news, policy documents, and research reports – and to map emerging trends and signals relevant to strategic and economic decision-making.

Under the program, Dcipher will collaborate with QRDI to deliver a proof-of-concept system, integrating multilingual natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and semantic modeling. The tools will enable daily, data-driven insights into economic developments and public discourse, supporting Qatar’s vision for evidence-based policy aligned with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
